Creepy Fairytale Sculptures by Lauren Scott

I got an email from The World of Kitsch reader Linda Boyle at the weekend, with photos from the degree exhibition at Belfast Art College.

Linda thought these sculptures by Lauren Scott would be great for my blog, and she was right.

I've tried Google to find Lauren's website but I can't find her. Does anyone local know where I can see more of her work? Get back to me on Twitter @rudedoodle.

Vacu Vin Active Cooler for Space Age Drinks

I know it's raining now, but summer will be back, so until then you've time to get one of these Vacu Vin Active Coolers. Helpful, aren't I?

These nifty coolers come in four sizes, with the bottle cooler, like mine, starting at only £4. The largest version is for Champagne and costs £11.

Whilst the snazzy, geometric design might look like something from Logan's Run (always a good thing) the premise is simple. Stick your Active Cooler in the freezer, put your bottle in it & it will be chilled in five minutes and stay cool for hours.

Available on Amazon.
