Chunky Kitsch Wooden Jewellery: Miss Snix is Back With a Christmas Collection Including Those Trampoline-loving Foxes!

IMG_3864.JPG

I've blogged about  Miss Snix's Wooden Jewellery at least three times before, and check what she has newly listed every few months. I always seem to come away with a purchase, cause it's my sort of stuff. I'm not fond of delicate silver or gold pieces, I love big, chunky, colourful wood or plastic jewellery, necklaces and brooches, and Miss Snix seems to also make the collection subjects things I like too!

This time around I bought a massive, vintage, green Mini brooch, to pin on my fake fur leopard coat.

I'm incredibly tempted by the leaping foxes from her Christmas collection too. Hopefully this store could inspire you when gift shopping the next couple of weeks. The price points are very fair too, from £6 up to £18 for the really large pieces. There's also the option to offer a price of your choice on many of her eBay listings.

Miss Snix LONDON Collection. Chunky, Affordable, Wood-cut Jewellery.

I adore & own many pieces of  Miss Snix's statement piece wooden jewellery. It's show stopping accessorising without the Tatty Devine price tag.

Also available as a huge brooch

Prices in her  ebay Store range from £10 to £17, and you can make an offer price on many of those listed.

Her latest themed collection is based on classic London images & objects.

AliExpress Yourself With These Huge Statement Necklaces, None Costing More than £6

Ali Express is a website/app with everything under the sun at crazily low prices. I think it's because everything comes from Asia, but if you don't mind waiting six weeks for a purchase to arrive, you can find some real bargains.

I've screenshotted some crackers I found, so you can see the price and what to search for to find it yourself.

They are all under £6, and most sellers offer free shipping.

I love big, colourful statement necklaces like all those, but I also love a quirky acrylic laser cut style necklace too.

Lastly, he doesn't fit in the under £6 category, but I had to include him. Tacky and magnificent.

Snixxy Swoons' Big, Chunky, Wooden Statement Jewellery That Won't Cost the Earth

I've blogged about Snixxy Swoons before, but I keep returning to her jewellery as her ideas and ranges change with the season. She's a saved search for me on eBay, and since my initial blog post about her I've bought at least two more lots of jewellery from her. And that's the beauty of her pieces, I can AFFORD to buy a few pieces thanks to her reasonable pricing. You can even make offers on her eBay listings of the price you wish to pay, and you can almost bet that she will include a little extra in your package too. Prices range from £8 to around £20 for the largest pieces.

Her latest ranges are space inspired, and the one I loved, her classic insects, but partnered up with decorations of extra little insects on the necklace chain. I absolutely had to have one, and she kindly sent me an earth and bow tie too!

So 'seller:misssnix2' is what you want to search eBay for, and that 100% positive feedback rating never lies. Thanks again for keeping those prices keen and ideas fresh!

Annoyingly the piece I fall in love with, is one of the most expensive on the whole website!  Look at those colours.

This isn't novelty shaped, but I love how the colours go together. A bit like a 1970s' living room.

Speaking of 70s' tones, I'm loving The Shining necklace.

Cheer Yourself Up Post-Budget With a Splurge in Snixy Swoon's 70% off Summer Sale

image.jpg

I featured Snixy Swoon a fortnight ago, and I've been wearing the samples she kindly sent me for review ever since. There were a couple of other pieces I wanted to buy for myself, so I visited her Etsy today to buy them. Turns out I visited on the right day! The store has just added a 70% & a 50% off, summer sale catagory, with little cat necklaces for just £2. I picked some of them and one of the huge, floral, statement necklaces I was after for £12.50 rather than over £20, which they are definitely worth.

I don't like wearing metal jewellery really, so brands like Tatty Devine, Pluck & Devour and the cutie pie Little Moose are my favourites. They sent me one of their newest designs, a sugar glider, bow tie shaped necklace in classy grey.

Look how cute!
