2001: L'Odyssēe de L'Espace

2001 is my favourite film. My husband bought me the blu-ray a few weeks back, and watching it again encouraged me to hit eBay for some bits.

I got the original LP for 99p and this reproduction postcard of the French poster.

Furniture Refurbishing Classes, Uh-oh!

I've signed up for a day lesson in revamping furniture with Lulabelle's House in Larne.

They supply you with a piece to work on, but you can also bring your own if you prefer. I bought this telephone table this morning for £15 to jazz up. I'm hoping it won't be disastrous.

I might even sell it on here if it ends up being more shabby chic than kitsch. The class is at the end of April, so keep watching.
