I'm a bit giddy writing this, readers. I was doing my weekly trawl of eBay for delights for the Taxidermy Saturday post, when I found a Jackalope. I hadn't heard of these before, it's a mythical animal and a taxidermy mash-up. A rabbit with antlers.
The novelty of the beast tickles me no end. A worldwide eBay search revealed lots of these bucky bunnies. I bought myself a replica one, made with sheared goat's hair. Until that arrives, I give you- The Jackalopes.
