Original Castle Grayskull
/
Collectable vintage toys are a genre all their own, and not one I dip into often.
Spotted a He-Man Castle Grayskull at the weekly car boot sale for £3 and decided I needed it for the cabinet. It's in halves, but apart from that the stickers are in great condition and it looks the part. Not sure about the arrangement of bits and pieces, but pretty pleased that the front half fits nicely in behind the glass.

Wild West Cactus
/
Have myself a little wild west corner going on now, and found an unusual cactus to go nicely with it.
Real Wooden iPhone Case
/
I had a tacky leopard print casing for the past year, very necessary to have a wrap around shell for an iPhone if you've a toddler handling it. Needed a new one, so opted for a cheaper, knock off, but still genuine wooden iWood casing. Slides together beautifully at the back to encase the iPhone in real cherry wood.
Cuckoo Clock Print Bag from Pip Studio
/
Very kitsch bowling bag from pipstudio.com Cuckoo clock print and faux wood, with a red gingham interior. My new every day bag for the summer.
Battery Operated Windmill Snowdome
/
Hideous snow dome with a windmill inside, which when switched on spins manically piping out Jingle Bells at a high octave. Made in China & declaring "Marry Christmas" in scripted font, I couldn't resist this beauty for 50p at a bric-a-brac stall.
Atomic Era Glass Jug
/
£1 jug from Bric-a-brac stall, with 1950's style print.
Will look brilliant if I ever get my boat bar.

Not Shabby Chic, but Shell-y Chic, Crab print tablecloth
/
I searched online, ebayed & shopped around, and it ended up the only tablecloth I wanted was this, Sanderson's Dandleion Clocks. http://www.johnlewis.com/Shopping/PhotoGallery.aspx?Type=SKU&ID=230875368&Thu... I can't justify the £42 price tag, and buying the fabric would work out a similar cost due to shipping. So instead I bought two pieces of fabric from Ikea for £4.99 each.
Here is the first tablecloth in my budget collection!
